Hi
My name is Luna, I`m Brazilian and almost 21 years old (my b-day is on February ). I`m an Au Pair in Kansas City, US since February/07. I take care of two lovely little girls, Lizzie is 4 and Cate is 2. I also have experience in day care and nanny and have a 3 years old brother back home. The girls and my hosts will be part of my family forever, we just have so much fun together. Unfortunately my Au Pair program ends in February, that`s why I`ve decided to go to Barcelona. My best friend lives there, and I`d love to know more about Europe and it`s different cultures. I`m looking for an Au Pair or nanny position because I really enjoy doing this job; I believe I`m really good at it. Also, I think that being in direct contact with a native family it`s the best way to learn Spanish and of course your culture. Taking Spanish classes is an option, but I gotta admit that I`ve also learned a lot working and living with my host family; my English has improved a lot since I got here.
I`ve started learning Spanish at school when I was kid, but I`ve return to my studies lately with the help of a friend from Guatemala and a Spanish book.
I am a really outgoing person who loves to have fun and travel a lot. I make friends easily and like go out in my free time. I am looking for a fun family, who lives in Barcelona and would like to share good experiences. |
